Croton Shores Cottage rentals are available by the week or night with a two-night minimum stay.

Croton Shores Cottage Rental Policies

Two-night minimum rental.
Check in available after 3:00 p.m., except by special arrangement.
Check out by 11:00 a.m.
Deposit of one-half of rental fee is payable upon acceptance of reservation, payable by check or money order.
$100 damage deposit is payable on arrival.
Damage deposit will be fully refunded if there are no damages or excessive cleaning required at check-out inspection.
80% of deposit is refunded for a cancellation at least two weeks in advance. Within two weeks, 80% of deposit is refunded only if we are able to rebook the cottage.
Michigan Use Tax of 6% will be added to rental fees.
Eight people maximum occupancy, unless by special arrangement.
No smoking except in driveway area. If smoking occurs elsewhere, $100 damage deposit will be used to detox the cottage.
Pets are allowed only by prior agreement by owner. There is an additional $50 per pet damage deposit.
No tents or campers are allowed.
Guests should not make excessive noise to disturb residents or wild life in the area.
