* Base rate is for up to four guests. Fee for extra child age 3-12 is one-half of adult fee. No charge for extra children age 2 or under. Maximum occupancy is nine guests. Ask about our "Couple's Getaway" special nightly rates.

• Two-night minimum rental--three nights on holiday weekends.
• July & August: Saturday to Saturday, one-week minimum.
• Check in available after 4:00 p.m (5:00 p.m. July & August) unless otherwise available.
• Check out by 11:00 a.m. (10:00 a.m. July & August)
• Deposit of one-half of rental fee is payable upon acceptance of reservation, payable by check or money order.
• Renter Occupancy Agreement to be sent with deposit check.
• $100 damage/excess cleaning deposit is payable on arrival.
• Damage deposit will be fully refunded if there are no damages or excessive cleaning required at check-out inspection.
• 80% of deposit is refunded for a cancellation at least two weeks in advance. Within two weeks, 80% of deposit is refunded only if we are able to rebook the cottage.
• Michigan Use Tax of 6% will be added to rental fees.
• Nine people maximum occupancy, unless by special arrangement.
• No smoking except in designated driveway and walkway areas.  If smoking occurs elsewhere, $100 damage/excess cleaning deposit will be forfeited.
